Analisa Naldi

Celebrating over 11 years in the industry, Analisa brings a background that includes functional strength and conditioning, sport specific training, physical education, Pilates Reformer, and Vinyasa yoga. She focuses her time and passion educating her clients and students on healthy, sustainable ways for them to move and fuel specific to their lifestyles. From pull-ups in the park, to snatches, to headstands, Analisa has been fortunate to have the opportunity to be surrounded by highly educated and passionate individuals who have shared their knowledge and experience with her along her way.

Her techniques for motivating clients include realistic goal setting and implementation with a blend of homework and activities to educate and balance out training; establishing continual improvement and empowering clients.

Her current personal fitness regimen is coming off of a couple years of endurance training ( ½ IronMan, ½ Marathons, any crazy blend of run, ride, swim). This next chapter includes running, lifting, Vinyasa and Raja Yoga, and urban training (least amount of equipment possible with maximal utilization of streets, mountains, scaffolding, walls). The focus? Listening to her body while training to be leaner, stronger, and more balanced with each session.

She’s game for anything active that challenges her body and mind, preferably one that will start with the sun rising and ending with her acquiring new skills and a level of respect for herself, her abilities, and those that participated with her. There is one ever-living constant…come warm weather (anything above 70), this farm-raised central valley Italian girl is on a wake-board at Lake Don Pedro.

She loves anything involving physical activity, food (loving to grow, clean and cook), and the combination of the two. She is a huge fan of community buildling through movement and education which she has the pleasure of doing as a local coach, regular guest instructor at Rancho La Puerta (www.rancholapuerta.com) and as a Lululemon Ambassador.
