Craig has been a certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist since 2001. Throughout his career he has found the best methods to help people achieve: weight loss, increased muscle tone, and/or improved performance are to practice safe exercise techniques at all times and client education. Many trainers in today’s industry are quick to put someone on a piece of equipment or prescribe a “functional” exercise program without properly evaluating the individual first. This “cookie cutter” exercise prescription can lead to injury and far too often clients do not ever achieve the results they are looking for.

No stranger to competition, Craig’s background includes training for and competing in many team sports including: soccer, baseball, track, and football. More recently he has expanded himself to participate in individualized sports such as martial arts, triathlons, power lifting, and yoga.

His training resume ranges from average Joe’s, to house wives, to young soldiers preparing for boot camp, and even the occasional weekend warrior along the way. He has taught various seminars throughout the years in order to educate the public on the importance of a strong core and adequate flexibility and how a lack of either or can create pain within our bodies.
