Lisa Engles
A graduate of Cal Poly University San Luis Obispo, Lisa holds a degree in Kinesiology and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. She is also a certified USA Triathlon Coach, Life Coach and Resistance Training Specialist. Her passion for studies in eastern tradition and personal transformation led her to study movement based healing arts at the Tamalpa Institute in Marin, California in 2002. She is currently studying rhythm and music through the Take Tina (pronounced ta-ke-ti-na) process in which students learn to access their innate ability to express and embody rhythm.
Lisa has skillfully combined her education and 15 years of experience to develop an innovative approach to attaining true health and total well-being. Her programs utilize the body as the main instrument through which her clients directly encounter the feelings, thoughts and beliefs which have been anchored into their subconscious mind. Through a combination of movement, ancient and modern transformation practices, and spiritual principles her clients are able to ‘re-circuit’ both physical and psychological patterns that support their highest vision of success in all facets of their lives.
