Total Body Fitness Classes at Evolution Trainers
Our classes have been a HUGE success because they are fun, challenging and results oriented. With no more than 8 people in a class, they are a fantastic,
cost-effective way to get an individualized, high quality workout. Classes are great for any level client!
Total Body Fitness Classes Focus on:
* Aerobic Conditioning
* Movement & Flexibility
* Strength & Power
* Balance
* Posture & Core Stability
* Agility & Coordination
Total Body Fitness Class Times:
Monday / Wednesday: 10am, Noon and 5:45pm
Tuesday / Thursday: 6:45am, 9am, 10am, Noon and 6pm
Friday: 10am, 11am and 6pm

Group Classes are paid for on a Monthly Basis:
Training 1 x/ week = $120/ month
Training 2 x/ week = $220/month
