Kathleen completed her graduate work in exercise science with an emphasis on strength and conditioning at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She is currently enrolled in a second graduate program in the field of sport psychology echoing her belief that all fitness and athletic goals utilize a psychological component.

Kathleen is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and 5 years experience as a sport performance coach, Kathleen has the education, experience and ability to train a wide variety of individuals looking to achieve various goals from weight loss to physique transformation to those wishing to improve sport performance.

Kathleen’s clients include men, women and children of all ages, as well as various athletes. In addition to specializing in the sport performance training of cage fighters, sport fishermen, softball, baseball, soccer, and football players, she currently works with motocross riders building unique cardiovascular programs that are based on their riding heart rate measures as well as developing comprehensive programs that improve the rider’s overall performance on the bike.

Kathleen is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and her dedication to her clients on all levels enables them to conquer the physical and psychological barriers that may be standing in their way.
