Kelby Klosterman
After completing his BS in Exercise Science at the University of North Dakota, he then completed his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University. While at ASU, Kelby was a Sport Performance coach for a Junior College, a Strength and Conditioning trainer for a Fire Academy and an intern for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. Kelby has had success with a broad range of clients, including recreational, high school, college and professional athletes, as well as the handicapped, obese and geriatric populations. Before moving to the Bay Area in January of ’08, Kelby managed and personal trained at two prominent private country clubs outside of Phoenix Arizona.
Kelby’s sports performance specialty is overhead-rotational athletes. He has produced proven results from athletes in football, baseball, volleyball, softball, tennis and water polo among others.
Kelby is very performance driven, which is why he loves personal training as well as improving his life through health and fitness.
In his spare time, Kelby enjoys team sports such as baseball, basketball, softball and flag football among others. He also enjoys traveling, snow boarding, trail running, wake boarding, camping, eating, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
