Meet our Physical Therapists
MS, PT, ATC
Paula has been a sport and orthopedic physical therapist for over 20 years. Her background has been in manual therapy techniques and biomechanical assessment. Paula has enjoyed working with youths, adolescents, and adults, assessing their biomechanics and it’s affect on their function, movement, and performance. She evaluates each person as a ‘whole,’ and educates them so they understand how to improve their function and reduce their pain. She has been very successful with identifying mechanical faults early to prevent injury, as well as using these findings to retrain people to become more efficient and improve sport performance.
Paula strives to provide the highest quality of care through direct one-on-one treatment sessions. She incorporates wellness into individual programs, for improved overall health.
