For more than 15 years, Seth has been recognized as a top professional and leader in the fitness and sports medicine fields. He holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BS in Exercise Science from Rutgers University along with extensive additional graduate studies in Kinesiology/Athletic Training. Seth is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Health and Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Seth is highly sought after as an expert in the development of personal trainers and as a business consultant in the fitness and health club field. Highlights of his practice include helping Pacific THERx conceive and open their new Fitness Training Center in Portola Valley, CA, the development of the personal training program for the Decathlon Club in Santa Clara, CA and establishing the first personal training program at San Jose State University.

Seth has served as part of the medical staff and as the Head Athletic Trainer for USA Track & Field for multiple international and national level competitions. In addition, he has also served as the Director of Sports Medicine / Head Athletic Trainer for Foothill College as well as helping Foothill establish their personal training education curriculum.

In 2001 Seth founded Sky Fitness, a company focused on providing professional fitness training and other fitness services to individuals and companies throughout the bay area. In addition Seth regularly presents health and fitness seminars for sports leagues, organizations and the general public as well as other fitness professionals on topics ranging from injury prevention, recognition and care to advanced training techniques.
