Small Group Training, Evolution Trainers

Our best value is our Small Group Training Program. It’s very different from other popular fitness classes in four very unique and important ways:

  • Effective: We create efficient and effective workouts that focus on high intensity intervals and strength training. These two forms of exercise are proven to be the most effective for weight loss and improving overall fitness level
  • Safe: Unlike many other popular and intense training programs, our workouts are SAFE. We don’t do exercises that put you at risk by lifting heavy weights that your body has not yet been properly trained to handle. This is a big reason why many of our clients have been coming to our groups for over ten years now!
  • Individualized: We keep our groups small enough (an average of 4-6 people per class) so that we can individualize the program for each person. Our instructors get to know each person as an individual, so clients with old injuries or limitations can join our groups without worry. We will tailor any exercise to meet your needs and work within your abilities.
  • Community: We have FUN in our workouts! We work hard, but we don’t take it so seriously that we can’t also have some fun. Nothing makes a hard workout more enjoyable than having a group of pals to laugh and sweat with!
