Pre/Post Natal

Evolution’s pre-natal exercise programs are designed to strengthen, stabilize and reinforce the muscle groups that change during pregnancy. These programs also aid in core strengthening which helps during delivery. The post-natal programs teach movements and techniques to restore muscle tone and address common postpartum concerns such as neck, shoulder and pelvic strengthening along with abdominal re-education.
