Sport Specific Performance
Athletes must possess specific physical tools to perform at a high level and prevent injury on all levels of competition in every sport. Our Sports Performance Training Programs are designed to first recognize the level of physical abilities each athlete possesses, and then undergo a series of safe, effective, challenging, and fun phases of training. Depending on the sport, the athlete's training sessions may include training in these elements: Strength, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Conditioning, Power, Reaction, Recovery, Injury Prevention, Sports Nutrition. Performance testing may include Body Composition, Vertical Leap, 40-yard dash, T-test, VO2 Max, endurance and flexibility assessment. Periodical testing facilitates not only the focus on athlete's overall physical development but is also very motivational.
