This total body conditioning class uses athletic movements while focusing on strength, cardiovascular fitness, core, agility, balance and flexibility. Classes range from strength days to cardio days, to a combination of both and will never be the same. Keeping fitness fun, challenging and optimally beneficial is the goal.
