Tiffany Mockler
Tiffany Rose started her love of health and fitness at a very early age in Connecticut. She was a competitive Speed and Synchronized Swimmer by age 4. She received a Commendation from the State of Connecticut at age 12 for being the youngest and first female to win the East Zone Championship in her sport at both the Junior and Senior Level in the same year. She was on the U.S. National Team in 1999 and 2000 for Synchronized Swimming and traveled the world competing and representing the U.S. She was also an All-American Speed Swimmer and received her appointment to West Point.
After retiring from her sport she received a degree from San Jose State University and got her personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council of Exercise. She is also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM and has continued her exercise education in Lifestyle and Weight Management, Pre and Post Menopausal and Pre and Post Natal fitness.
Tiffany has competed in 2 NPC Figure Competitions in 2007 and 2008 and does Fitness Modeling. She has been training since 2003 and absolutely loves helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their fitness goals.
Currently, she trains at Google and NASA in Mountain View as well as Evolution. Her training philosophy is that it all starts with your mind and the body will follow. Like Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or you think you can, either way, you are right.” She believes good nutrition and exercise is not a regiment, it is a lifestyle.
In her spare time, Tiffany is a volunteer for Hospice and enjoys dance classes, hiking, and going to music events.
