Decrease pain and Increase energy, mood, blood flow and sleep with regular cold Plunge sessions.
We offer a top of the line, private cold Plunge experience for our clients with access to our Commercial Grade Plunge that is set at 55 degrees.
Use of the Plunge requires an active Regen Membership or a Drop-in payment.
Monthly Regen Membership = $200
(includes unlimited use of the Sauna, Plunge and Normatec Boots)
Drop-in Use = $50
(includes one time use of sauna, plunge &/or Normatec boots)
