Sunglight Sauna
Increase recovery, mood, blood flow, skin health, brain health and sleep with regular infrared sauna sessions.
We offer a private sauna experience for our clients with access to our top of the line Sunlighten Infrared Sauna, that heats up to 160 degrees.
Use of the Sauna requires an active Regen Membership or a Drop-in payment.
Monthly Regen Membership = $200
(includes unlimited use of the Sauna, Plunge and Normatec Boots)
Drop-in Use = $50
(includes one time use of sauna, plunge &/or Normatec boots)
